Departments & people

Add your departments and their people, and choose one department manager for each department. Staff report to their department manager, and department managers report to the CEO. You only need the CEO and the department managers now: you can add other staff later. If you need help, see Sign up your organisation in the user manual.

Import people from a spreadsheet
For a large organisation, fill in the template in Excel or another spreadsheet: one row per person, with their department and "yes" under Department manager for each department's manager. Save it as CSV and choose it here. You can check everyone before they are added.

Review & submit

These are the reporting lines VirgilTrack will create. Weekly work reports go up along them. If something isn't right, select Previous and change it. Otherwise, select Submit. If you need help, see Sign up your organisation in the user manual.
When your organisation is approved, everyone listed here receives an email inviting them to set up their account. Department managers keep that role until someone changes it. You can add more staff and team leaders later.
By selecting Submit, you agree to the terms of use and confirm you have read the privacy notice, which explains what VirgilTrack keeps and how it uses an AI service.

A VirgilTrack administrator reviews every request. When your organisation is approved, everyone you listed receives an email inviting them to set up their account, starting with the CEO. Until then, nobody from your organisation can sign in.
